I'm an independent senior consultant based in Ottawa, Canada, working with clients remotely.

I've spent over 20 years building and running software, including for organizations where it simply can't fail, like energy utilities and government. That work taught me to value boring, reliable systems: pipelines that just work, infrastructure you can rebuild from code, and AI features that are tested like any other software.
